Overview
Join to apply for the (CAN) Maintenance Team Associate role at Walmart Canada.
Position Summary: To participate in a structured maintenance cleaning program while controlling expenses to ensure a clean and safe shopping and working environment.
What You'll Do
- Communicates with the Stocking 3 Coach and cooperates with the associates on a comprehensive cleaning regiment.
- Complies with all Food Safety standards and cold chain guidelines.
- Executes timely cleaning of all Fresh Departments including coolers, freezers and display fixtures.
- Assists in the inspection of all maintenance and cleaning equipment to ensure proper working condition and to ensure sufficient supplies are available.
- Promotes a safe working environment by ensuring completion of required in-store certification programs and working in accordance with all Company policies and procedures.
- When required, cleans floors following a system of mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and maintaining carpets, including all non-sales floor areas.
