Youre a self-starter, problem-solver, and team player who takes pride in quality workmanship.</p><p><br><br></p><p>Must-Have Experience:</p><ul><li>2+ years as a 310J Trailer Mechanic.</li><li>Proficient in pneumatic, electrical, and welding repairs.</li><li>Skilled in bodywork and general trailer maintenance.</li><li>Experience using Drive On software.</li><li>Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</li></ul><p><br><br></p><p>Why Midwest?</p><p><br /></p><p>Were not just a place to work were a place to grow.
