<p>We’re a growing commercial furniture dealership looking for an Account Executive who wants to build something meaningful, own their pipeline, and become the go‑to partner for designers, PM firms, corporate clients, and brokers across the GTA.</p>

<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Build and manage your own portfolio of clients, nurturing existing relationships while opening new doors.</li>
<li>Leverage your existing network to activate early opportunities and accelerate growth.</li>
<li>Meet with clients to understand workplace needs, project goals, budgets, and timelines.</li>
<li>Prepare tailored proposals and furniture solutions for commercial projects.</li>
<li>Partner with internal teams across design, operations, and logistics to ensure seamless delivery.</li>
<li>Manage your pipeline, track activities, and forecast using CRM tools.</li>
<li>Represent the dealership at client visits, showroom meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.</li>

<h3>What You Bring</h3>
<p>3–5+ years of B2B sales experience in contract furniture, workplace interiors, design, real estate, construction, or similar industries.</p>
<p>A strong client network and the ability to activate relationships quickly.</p>
<p>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.</p>
<p>Consultative sellingEffects with designers, end‑users, brokers, and project managers.</p>
<p>Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</p>
<p>Organizational strength, follow‑through, and a proactive mindset.</p>
<p>Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across the GTA.</p>
<h3>What We Offer</h3>
<p>Compensation package: $140K–150K (base + commissions)</p>
<p>Mileage/transit reimbursement for client visits</p>
<p>Hybrid work model based out of a downtown Toronto showroom (4 days/week in office)</p>
<p>Office closure between Christmas and New Year’s</p>
