Through its integrated project management model, ENS has delivered turnkey solutions that help organizations reduce energy consumption, lower operational costs, and achieve netzero and sustainability goals.</p><p><br /></p><p>JOB DESCRIPTION</p><p>Energy Network Services Inc. (ENS) is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee various portfolios of assigned clients, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.</p><p><br /></p><p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><ul><li>Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and partners. Serve as the primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction and consistent service quality.</li><li>Identify new opportunities within existing accounts in the commercial, retail, and industrial lighting sectors.</li><li>Develop and deliver project proposals and quotations, aligning with client budgets and ENS objectives.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teamsincluding project management, operations, and field techniciansto ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to client expectations.</li><li>Ensure all projects meet lighting industry standards, electrical codes, and sustainability requirements.</li><li>Address client inquiries, resolve issues quickly, and identify opportunities for service improvements.</li></ul><p></p><p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p><ul><li>Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Applied Science, or related field (Electrical preferred)</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, project management, or operations, preferably in the lighting or related industry.</li><li>Technical understanding of lighting, controls, and electrical systems</li><li>Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong project coordination and multitasking skills</li><li>Self-motivated, organized, and solution-oriented</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Travel within Ontario is required</li></ul><p></p><p>WHY JOIN ENS?<br /></p><ul><li>Join a trusted industry leader known for innovation, technical expertise, and reliability.</li><li>Contribute to high-impact industry that support energy efficiency and sustainability across Canada.</li><li>Work alongside a collaborative team dedicated to quality, client success, and continuous improvement.</li></ul></p></p>
