The firm offers balanced workloads, strong internal collaboration, and a stable environment where technical expertise is valued and trusted.</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>Our client is seeking a technically strong Architectural Technologist with advanced Revit skills and a minimum of 5 years post graduate experience working within architectural firms. The role involves supporting and leading technical documentation and coordination across multifamily residential, commercial, civic, and community projects. You will work closely with architects, consultants, and construction teams, contributing to high quality drawing sets and supporting projects from permit through construction.</p><p>This role is well suited to someone who is confident in Revit, comfortable working across multiple building types, and enjoys problem solving, coordination, and collaboration within a studio environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and manage architectural drawings in Revit across all project phases</li><li>Support permit and construction document packages with a high level of technical accuracy</li><li>Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil consultants</li><li>Assist with construction phase support including RFIs, shop drawings, and site coordination</li><li>Contribute to technical detailing for building envelope, structural systems, and interiors</li><li>Participate in site reviews and project meetings as required</li><li>Maintain clear, organized documentation and proactive communication across project teams</li><li>Apply working knowledge of BCBC and municipal requirements throughout project delivery</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Diploma in Architectural Technology or a Bachelors or Masters of Architecture</li><li>Minimum 5 years of post graduate experience within architectural firms</li><li>Strong Revit proficiency with experience producing detailed drawing sets</li><li>Experience on multifamily residential, commercial, civic, or community projects</li><li>Solid technical understanding of wood frame and concrete construction</li><li>Strong coordination, communication, and problem solving skills</li><li>Organized, reliable, and collaborative with a long term mindset</li></ul><p><strong>What Is On Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits</li><li>A stable, collaborative studio with long term career potential</li><li>Exposure to all project phases in the multifamily residential, commercial, civic, and community sectors</li><li>Supportive leadership and a people first studio culture</li><li>Meaningful responsibility and room to grow technically within the firm</li></ul><p>If you are a Revit strong architectural technologist looking for a well rounded role in a respected Okanagan based practice, we would love to connect.</p><p><strong>Apply today or reach out directly to Dara at <span >dchita@talentsphere.ca</span> to learn more.</strong></p><p><strong>Job #16816072</strong></p></p></p>
