We put people first, care fiercely, earn trust with science and solve with courage – and have brilliant opportunities waiting for you Join us in shaping our future–and yours.</p><p>Role reports to:</p><p>Brand Team Lead</p><p>Location:</p><p>North America, Canada, Ontario, Markham</p><p>Work Location:</p><p>Hybrid</p><p>What you will do</p><p>The Associate Brand Manager Intern is responsible for gaining hands-on experience in brand management, assisting with marketing campaigns, and supporting the brand team in various projects:</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Develop and execute innovative brand strategies to drive market growth and increase brand awareness</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging marketing campaigns and product launches</li><li>Performs highly advanced sales and competitive analysis</li><li>Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify new opportunities for brand</li><li>Contribute creative ideas to enhance brand positioning and differentiation</li><li>Analyzes key performance indicators and financial reports such as budget, commercial policy, price, net sales, and investment level, and suggests improvements</li><li>Collaborate with the cross-functional team to develop and execute marketing strategies</li><li>Assist in creating and implementing brand campaigns and promotions</li><li>Forecasts demand and participates in review of sales forecasts for assigned product line</li><li>Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for brand growth</li><li>Builds inroads with key customer relationships and partnerships for market development and enhanced competitive market share</li><li>Assist in coordinating with external agencies and vendors for various marketing activities</li></ul><p>What we are looking for</p><p>Required Qualifications</p><ul><li>Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada</li><li>Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Marketing, Business, or related field</li><li>Eligible to complete an 8-month internship term in Ontario, Markham.
