As southwest Ontario's largest Mazda dealer, our shop is always busy. Join our team as our newest Automotive Service Technician.</p><h3>What We Offer</h3><ul><li>One of the top performing and established Mazda dealers in Canada</li><li>Company pension plan with employer RRSP match</li><li>Extended health benefits</li><li>Competitive wages with paid time for training</li><li>Long-term service manager with 20+ years experience</li><li>Family-owned business with positive work environment</li><li>Mazda factory and in-house training provided - TRAINING IS PAID!</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Registered 310S technician or 3rd/4th year apprentice</li><li>Must hold a valid Ontario Driver's License</li><li>Detail oriented, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Punctual and reliable</li><li>Strong communication skills and computer literacy</li></ul><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Complete repairs and services as per assigned repair orders, using hand tools and other specialized automotive repair equipment</li><li>Road test motor vehicles and test automotive systems using diagnostic tools</li><li>Review work orders and discuss worth with service advisors</li><li>Provide repair and servicing recommendations to service advisors and discuss parts availability with parts department</li><li>Utilize computer to punch on and off jobs and document repair progress and diagnoses</li><li>Stay up-to-date on factory training, recall notices, service actions and other manufacturer requirements</li></ul><h3>Wages and Hours</h3><ul><li>Flat rate hourly pay, negotiable based on experience</li><li>Monday to Thursday, 8am - 5:30pm</li><li>Friday, 8am - 4:30pm</li><li>Half-day Saturday shifts during spring / fall tire season (4-8 per year)</li></ul><p>If you want to be part of a long-term, experienced, top performing dealership, please consider joining the Kieswetter Mazda Service team!</p></p>
