Join us and be part of something bigger!</p><p>To learn more about our products please visit our website here: <span >www.springfinancial.ca.</span></p><p><br /></p><p><strong>NOTE: This is a full-time, permanent, Work From Home position.</strong></p><p><br /></p><p><strong>What Youll Be Doing:</strong></p><ul><li>Use persuasive sales techniques to highlight the benefits of our financial solutions, handle objections, and pre-close deals efficiently.</li><li>Keep customers engaged throughout the sales cycle by creating urgency, reinforcing value, and proactively following up to secure commitments</li><li>Conducting outbound calls to develop new accounts (warm leads, no call calling)</li><li>Qualifying customers, verifying employment & credit status</li><li>Listening and identifying the customers needs before educating and advising the customer on the best personal financing solution tailored to them.</li><li>Collecting, organizing, and delivering all relevant customer information & documentation to our financial partners to expedite the pre-approval process</li><li>Actively listening to customers and driving satisfaction through solution-based relationships</li><li>Acquiring product line knowledge on all of Spring Financial&#39;s programs and educating clients on the best use of such programs.</li></ul><p><strong>What You Should Already Have:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>You must be proficient</strong> in both <strong>French </strong>and <strong>English </strong>and comfortable communicating with our customers in both languages.</li><li>Entrepreneurial attitude with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment an asset</li><li>Prior call center experience a plus, but not required</li><li>Results-oriented, creative and charismatic with the desire to share a laugh or two with your teammates</li><li>A diploma or degree and/or a combination of relevant experience</li></ul><p><strong>What We Will Give You:</strong></p><ul><li>Full training by successful managers (all have done the job themselves) is provided at the beginning of your job and throughout your employment.</li><li>Comprehensive Health Benefits. Base salary increases upon meeting performance metrics (typically achieved in 68 months, though some have reached it in as little as 34 months).</li><li><strong>Level 3:</strong> $110,000 base salary + bonus.
