As we continue to expand our operations and service offerings, we are excited to welcome a new member to our team, focused on building and developing the best team in the industry.</p><p><br /></p><p>Job Overview:</p><p>The core responsibility of this position will be to coordinate the movement of shipments throughout Canada and North America. You will be required to learn all positions within the department so you can assist as necessary.</p><p><br><br></p><p>This is a Full-Time Contract position, starting on December 2025 and ending on February 2027, with possibility of turning into an indefinite position, depending on performance and company&#39;s needs.</p><p><br /></p><p>Responsibilities and Duties:<br /></p><ul><li>Organize and send load tendering</li><li>Ensure bond and commercial invoices match and are correct</li><li>Track shipments from pickup through to delivery accurately</li><li>Send manifests to carriers and reports to customers</li><li>Source carriers when necessary while utilizing the most cost effective option</li><li>Adapt and assist the day team with an overflow of work</li><li>Ensure all problems are escalated to the supervisor/manager</li><li>Communicate with Mexico on any updates, delays, or any changes with loads.</li><li>Communicate with shippers and terminals when discrepancies arise.</li><li>Escalate OSD issues to supervisor/manager</li><li>Data entry and administrative duties as required.</li></ul><p></p><p>Skills and Qualifications:</p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.
