We offer uncompromising service to public and private sector clients across Canada and abroad, providing a broad base of consulting engineering services in the infrastructure, water, transportation, environmental, building, energy, and asset management sectors.</p><p>We currently have an opening for a <b>Buildings Lead/Project Manager</b> in the Municipal Group in our <b>Saskatoon</b> office. In this position, you utilize your wide breadth of experience in client and project management to service clients in the commercial, municipal, and industrial buildings sector.</p><p>Responsibilities will include the following:</p><ul><li>Providing a leadership role in the preparation of concepts, designs, cost estimates, specifications, and contract documents, as well as participating in scheduling, budgeting, tendering, contract administration, and inspection</li><li>Advancing projects through the concept, design, and construction phases</li><li>Managing existing clients and subconsultants, and developing new clients</li><li>Delivering projects on budget and within identified schedules</li><li>Acting as the primary contact for all project-related client communications</li><li>Leading a multi-disciplinary project team to undertake major building projects</li><li>Actively engaging in business development and leading & preparing technical and financial proposals as well as marketing material</li><li>Mentoring and coaching project teams made up of engineers, technologists, and administrative support</li><li>Engaging in a collaborative work environment working with multi-discipline project teams, across disciplines and offices</li></ul><p>Job Requirements:</p><ul><li>Undergraduate degree in Engineering from an accredited post-secondary institution, in a discipline related to the role</li><li>Registered as a Professional Engineer in good standing with APEGS</li><li>7+ years of progressive Engineering experience within the Buildings sector</li><li>Experience in working with both private and public sector clients and processes</li><li>Prior knowledge and experience with First Nations projects</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects of varying scale at one time</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment and mentor staff on a project basis</li><li>Ability to work effectively within tight deadlines and schedules</li><li>Holder of the PMP designation is an asset</li><li>Possess a valid class 5 driver's license</li><li>Willingness and ability to travel within SK as required</li></ul><p>We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health coverage, dental coverage, and a company pension program.
