<h3>About the Role</h3>
<p>A senior-level Chief Engineer is sought to serve as the technical authority for full aircraft development programs, ensuring the platform meets performance, safety, and certification requirements. This role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on oversight of design, development, integration, and certification activities across the aircraft lifecycle.</p>
<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead the technical strategy and decision-making for the aircraft, ensuring compliance with specifications, performance, and airworthiness requirements.</li>
<li>Oversee the entire design, development, and certification program, from concept to in-service.</li>
<li>Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and validated design throughout the product lifecycle.</li>
<li>Approve major design decisions and act as the design authority, providing guidance and independent review across teams.</li>
<li>Integrate cross-functional project teams to align with technical goals and deliverables.</li>
<li>Act as a mentor and role model for engineering teams, defining vision, mission, and objectives for the department.</li>
<li>Establish strategic partnerships with external organizations, research institutions, and industry experts to leverage expertise and support R&D efforts.</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement in processes to enhance safety, efficiency, and product quality.</li>
</ul>
<h3>What You’ll Bring</h3>
<ul>
<li>10+ years in senior engineering or technical leadership within aerospace, with experience leading whole-aircraft programs.</li>
<li>Full lifecycle experience on at least one aerospace program from conception through production and certification.</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead teams and projects to successful completion.</li>
<li>Familiarity with eVTOL certification regulations (TCCA, FAA, EASA).</li>
<li>Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and cross-functional leadership skills.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with complex aircraft systems and integration processes.</li>
