As a strategic partner across the organization, the CTO ensures SASCU leverages technology and innovation to fulfill its purpose and strengthen its position as a trusted community financial institution.*What you?ll do:** *Shape SASCU?s digital future* by leading a bold technology and data vision that transforms member experiences and drives strategic impact.* *Be the catalyst for innovation*, championing emerging tech, new business models, and ideas that deliver measurable results.* *Turn strategy into reality* with clear roadmaps, secure and scalable solutions, and seamless digital experiences for members.* *Protect what matters* through best-in-class cybersecurity, risk management, and regulatory compliance.* *Unlock the power of data* with strong governance, insightful analytics, and tools that enable smarter decisions at every level.* *Inspire and grow top talent*, fostering an inclusive, agile, and high-performance culture.* *Invest wisely*, ensuring technology spend delivers maximum value, impact, and competitive advantage.* *Advise at the highest level*, providing the CEO and Board with strategic insights, market intelligence, and a vision for growth.*What you?ll bring:** Bachelor?s degree or designation in business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred) or equivalent senior leadership experience.* 10?15 years of progressive experience in technology, digital transformation, or innovation within complex organizations.* Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into technology-enabled outcomes.* Deep understanding of IT governance, data strategy, risk management, and compliance in regulated industries.* Proven success in leading change, inspiring teams, and fostering a culture of innovation.* Awareness of market trends, digital technologies, and their potential to drive business advantage.*We invest in our employees by offering:** A competitive base salary ($169,600 ? $212,000 per year) plus performance-based incentive pay, and a pension plan with SASCU matching all funds.* Comprehensive group benefits coverage including extended health and dental care, life and disability insurance, and an Employee Assistance Program.* Flexible spending account for additional health and personal wellness activities and expenses.* Flexible work arrangements and paid time off including vacation, medical/care time, personal days, and paid community volunteering.* Opportunities for career growth, financial assistance for training and development, and rewards and recognition.* Additional benefits including waived or reduced banking fees and reduced rates on personal loans and mortgages.This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position.
