Position Overview
Were hiring motivated, goal-driven Sales Consultants to join our growing team in Markham. This is a commission-only role with warm leads providedno cold calling required. Youll work closely with a supportive sales manager and team to close deals, build client trust, and exceed performance goals.
We offer two shift options:
- Morning Shift: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 1:00 PM 9:00 PM

What You'll Do
- Speak with inbound leads provided by the company
- Understand client needs and tailor presentations
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional service
- Offer follow-up support post-sale to build trust and referrals
- Work closely with the team to meet and exceed sales goals
- Maintain a professional, honest, and energetic approach
What You Bring
- A clear and confident customer service voice
- Self-motivation and a desire to succeed
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfort with technology and CRM tools (training provided)
- Prior sales or customer service experience is a bonusnot required
Compensation
- 100% commission (profit-sharing model)
