This position bridges client care, operational execution, and internal collaboration - contributing to sales efficiency, revenue growth, and exceptional customer satisfaction.</p><p><br />This role is ideal for someone who is motivated by purpose-driven work and eager to contributeto a team thats reshaping outdoor learning and play. Your strong organizational skills andclient-relationship expertise will help the team to deliver high-quality projects for schools andcommunities.</p><p><br />Key Responsibilities<br /></p><p>Client & Sales Support</p><ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact for select inbound client inquiries and participate indiscovery calls as needed.</li><li>Assist and collaborate with Sales Representatives to create and update quotes, preparecompelling client resource folders, and execute timely, thoughtful follow-ups that keepopportunities moving forward.</li><li>Assist the Sales team in reviewing incoming tender and RFP documents to identifyproduct alignment, assess fit, and support timely, strategic responses.</li><li>Independently manage small-scale orders (typically under $20K), and <span >seamlesslytransition</span> complex or high-value orders to the appropriate Sales team member.</li><li>Guide clients to the online shop for qualifying orders and provide support for web-basedtransactions. Coordinate with logistics, shipping, and customer service teams to address order issues as needed.</li><li>Champion high-quality post-sale client experience by sending proactive maintenance reminders, offer value-added touchpoints (e.g., educational walk-throughs on qualifying orders), and following up on product and service satisfaction and reviews.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Operational Support</p><ul><li>Own the intake and tracking of incoming maintenance requests.
