**What You Will Do**
As a Client Service Representative, you are the first line of support for our clients as they work toward their financial goals. Working in a fast-paced banking centre, you will:
• **Engage with Clients:** Assist clients with day-to-day banking needs, including transactions and account management. Focus on delivering a meaningful client experience and proactively connect them with the right team members for specialized advice.
• **Solve Problems:** Listen carefully to client concerns, asking the right questions to understand their specific situation. Take ownership of issues to find solutions, collaborating with colleagues when necessary to ensure the best outcome.
• **Champion Technology:** act as a digital expert by sharing your knowledge of our mobile banking applications, helping clients navigate digital tools to manage their banking more efficiently.

**Working Conditions & Requirements**
• **Schedule:** This is a regular position requiring approximately 15 hours per week.
• **Availability:** You must be flexible to work banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
• **Location Flexibility:** You must be willing to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance to ensure consistent client service.
• **On-Site Requirement:** To successfully perform this role, you will be required to work on-site (this is not a remote position).
• **Eligibility:** You must be legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location(s) and, where applicable, possess a valid work or study permit.
