<h3>Overview</h3>
<p>Our <b>Commercial Mid-Market</b> team in the GTA is growing! We're looking for a <b>Client Solutions Manager</b> to join our <b>Professional Lines</b> team.</p>
<p>As the <b>Client Solutions Manager</b>, reporting to the Director of Client Solutions, you will provide outstanding client service to Gallagher's clients. This means you will be managing an existing portfolio of clients - driving the renewal cycle, handling day‑to‑day policy updates, talking and building relation with insurers, clients and marketing policies.</p>
<p>Work Environment: Hybrid (Agile) – We, at Gallagher, enjoy the benefits of working remotely while also collaborating and interacting with each other in the office.</p>
<p>This role is based out of our office in Markham.</p>
<h3>How you'll make an impact</h3>
<ul>
<li>Supporting a designated portfolio of Commercial Clientele, playing the lead role in business retention and continually building upon customer relationships</li>
<li>Review accounts at renewal, taking the necessary steps in placing coverage required by the client, re‑marketing when required and adhering to binding authority set out by carriers</li>
<li>Respond to client inquiries quickly and efficiently, maintaining the quick turnaround time for any actions required on behalf of the client</li>
<li>Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, driving the creation of quality leads, working with Account Executives in binding the client</li>
<li>Consistently acting to upgrade insurance market knowledge, keeping abreast of new products and policy changes</li>
</ul>

<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills enable you to develop deep relationships with clients and build synergy with colleagues</li>

<li>Highly tech‑savvy, with an ability to learn new systems, tools and processes</li>
<li>3 to 5 years of Mid‑Market Insurance Brokering experience preferred</li>
<li>Experience working within the Professional Lines segment is considered a strong asset for the role</li>
<li>Knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance is preferred</li>
<li>A valid RIBO license is required or willingness to acquire within 3 months</li>
<li>CAIB, CIP, CRM or other relevant certifications and/or designations are highly valued in this role.</li>
<li>Active and in good standing Insurance Broker’s License.</li>
<li>Knowledge of EPIC considered an asset.</li>
