<p>We are seeking a hands‑on leader to shape the future of our dental supply distribution through data‑driven innovation. The successful candidate will oversee our data strategy, data warehouse, AI/ML integration, and team management to drive business growth and operational excellence.</p>
<h3>Base Pay Range</h3>
<p>$170,000.00/yr – $200,000.00/yr</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li><b>Strategic Leadership</b>
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business objectives.</li>
<li>Lead a team of data analysts and engineers, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Collaborate with C‑level executives to identify data‑driven opportunities for growth and efficiency.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><b>Data Infrastructure Development</b>
<ul>
<li>Oversee design and implementation of a scalable data warehouse architecture.</li>
<li>Ensure data quality, security, and compliance across all systems.</li>
<li>Drive adoption of modern data technologies and best practices.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><b>AI/ML Integration</b>
<ul>
<li>Spearhead integration of AI/ML solutions to optimize supply chain, inventory, and customer experience.</li>
<li>Develop predictive models to forecast demand and market trends.</li>
<li>Implement data‑driven decision‑making processes across the organization.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><b>Team Management</b>
<ul>
<li>Recruit, mentor, and develop a high‑performing data team.</li>
<li>Set clear goals and KPIs aligned with business objectives.</li>
<li>Foster collaboration between data teams and other departments.</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
<h3>Technical Skills & Experience</h3>
<ul>
<li>10+ years in data science, analytics, or related fields, with 5+ years in leadership roles.</li>
<li>Proven track record of implementing data strategies in fast‑growing organizations.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and modern data stack technologies.</li>
<li>Strong background in data security, governance, and AI/ML applications for business optimization.</li>
<li>Experience with ERP systems and supply‑chain analytics.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Leadership & Communication</h3>
<ul>
<li>Exceptional communication skills, translating complex data concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.</li>
<li>Strategic thinker aligning data initiatives with business goals.</li>
<li>Success managing geographically distributed, cross‑time‑zone teams with inclusive collaboration.</li>
<li>Track record of building and leading high‑performing teams.</li>
<li>Experience scaling mid‑size companies to enterprise scale with robust governance.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Technical Knowledge</h3>
<ul>
<li>Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance.</li>
<li>Familiarity with data visualization tools and BI platforms.</li>
<li>Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Experience in dental, healthcare supply chain, or ecommerce industry.</li>
<li>MBA or advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.</li>
<li>Certifications in data management or cloud technologies (e.g., AWS / Azure / GCP).</li>
</ul>
