<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>Are you a strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment? Canadian Industries Limited is seeking a <b>Director of National Accounts</b> to manage a Canadian retail partner. This role is focused on deepening an existing high-value relationship and driving long-term growth through strategic planning, retail execution, and cross-functional collaboration.</p>
<p>You will work directly with our retail partner's merchant team and internal teams to deliver results across sales, merchandising, and operations. This is a high-impact role with national visibility and responsibility.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Own and lead the National Account relationship, including joint business planning and strategic growth initiatives</li>
<li>Develop and execute sales strategies to drive volume, share, and profitability</li>
<li>Manage forecasting, budgeting, and contract negotiations</li>
<li>Oversee retail program execution including planograms, resets, and promotional planning</li>
<li>Monitor inventory levels, replenishment, and store-level compliance</li>
<li>Analyze POS data and category performance using tools like Power BI and Excel</li>
<li>Build and deliver compelling presentations, business reviews, and product line reviews (PLRs)</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, supply chain, and finance</li>
<li>Coordinate retail staff training and field execution support</li>
<li>Travel as needed to the National Account locations and internal meetings across Canada</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>8+ years of experience in national account management, preferably in retail or CPG</li>
<li>Proven success managing large-scale retail partnerships</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and CRM systems (Salesforce, ClientLink)</li>
<li>Bilingual in English and French – required</li>
<li>Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills</li>
<li>Experience in category management, assortment planning, and retail merchandising</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)</li>
<li>Willingness to travel within Canada; must be based near a major airport</li>
