We are seeking a professional, dynamic management couple to train and work alongside our Director. You will learn all aspects of front office, dive, and snorkel operations.</p><p>Requirements:</p><p>University degree</p><p>At least one German speaker; a grasp of French and Indonesian is a strong plus</p><p>Previous work experience in Indonesia (hospitality, tourism, or dive industry) is a strong advantage</p><p>At least one PADI OWSI</p><p>Willingness to live and work in a remote environment</p><p>Excellent people skills and customer service abilities</p><p>Strong cultural awareness and the ability to communicate equally well with local staff and international guests</p><p>Ability to deliver high standards of personalised service with safety in mind</p><p>We offer:</p><p>Competitive salary based on experience</p><p>Teaching commission</p><p>A 2-year contract</p><p>Paid leave with flight allowance</p><p>Free accommodation, meals, and laundry</p><p>Visa and work permit</p><p>Please send both of your CVs, cover letters, recommendation letters, and a recent photograph to: raja@papuaexplorers.com</p>
