Position: Shop Manager
Work Term: Full-time
Pay: $20/hour with a monthly bonus and spiffs
With over 90 shops globally, we have a massive brand presence that equates to a constant flow of clientele with an average wait-time of 50 minutes. This means your next client is always waiting.

Responsibilities
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills - go above and beyond for every guest
- Master written and verbal communication; manage emails, phone calls, service queues, and support your team
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong time-management and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with visual merchandising and product inventory (an asset)
- Bonus points for experience in a salon, barbershop, or spa
- Red Seal certification
Qualifications
Must have Red Seal certification. Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to lead a team and maintain a positive work environment.
