Job Description

<p><b>Job Summary:</b></p><p>We are seeking a skilled and motivated .NET Developer with hands-on experience in <b> SCADA systems</b> to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining .NET applications that integrate with industrial automation systems using Ignition. This role requires a strong understanding of both software development and industrial control systems.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain .NET applications for industrial automation and SCADA integration.</li><li>Design and implement solutions using <b>Ignition by Inductive Automation</b>.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including automation engineers, system integrators, and IT.</li><li>Create and maintain APIs and services to interface with SCADA systems.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software and SCADA integration.</li><li>Ensure software quality through unit testing, code reviews, and documentation.</li><li>Participate in system architecture and design discussions.</li><li>Maintain security and performance standards in SCADA-integrated applications.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Required Skills & Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.</li><li>6+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).</li><li>Experience with <b>SCADA platform</b> including scripting (Python), tag configuration, and gateway setup.</li><li>Familiarity with industrial protocols (OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT).</li><li>Strong understanding of SQL databases (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL).</li><li>Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.</li><li>Knowledge of industrial automation systems and PLCs is a plus.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.</li></ul><li></li><p></p>
