<p>At PwC, our people in workforce consulting focus on providing consulting services related to human resources, talent management, and organisational development. They analyse client needs, develop people and organisation strategies. These individuals offer guidance and support to help clients optimise their workforce, enhance employee engagement, and drive organisational in deals at PwC will focus on providing consulting services related to people and talent aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions. You will work closely with clients to assess the people implications of deals, develop integration strategies, and provide guidance on talent retention, organisational design, and cultural alignment. Working in this area, you will assist clients in managing change and maximising the value of their human capital during deal transactions.</p>
<h3>About the role :</h3>
<p>As an Employee Benefits Specialist, you will join our growing Workforce Reward, Employment and Pensions (REP) team, working alongside colleagues in Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit pension consulting, Reward and Employment, and Global Mobility. You will help clients navigate a rapidly evolving benefits landscape, supporting them in designing and delivering strategies that engage employees, meet business goals and enhance the overall employee experience.</p>
<h3>What your day will look like :</h3>
<ul>
<li>You will lead the design and implementation of employee benefit strategies for a diverse client portfolio</li>
<li>You will act as the primary contact for clients, building strong relationships and collaborating with colleagues across grades</li>
<li>You will manage relationships with benefit providers to ensure quality delivery and identify opportunities and risks</li>
<li>You will support business development through client campaigns, proposals and identifying new opportunities</li>
</ul>
<h3>The skills and experience we're looking for :</h3>
<ul>
<li>You have at least three years of experience in employee benefits consulting or a related field</li>
<li>You bring strong technical knowledge of benefit schemes including pensions, group risk, healthcare and flexible benefits</li>
<li>You are confident managing multiple client relationships and delivering high-quality work</li>
<li>You communicate clearly and manage stakeholders effectively</li>
<li>You have commercial awareness and an interest in developing new client opportunities</li>
<li>You may hold professional benefits or pensions qualifications such as PMI or CII, which are desirable but not essential</li>
