We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join us in a dual role as Executive Assistant and Office Manager.</p><p>Working directly with our executive team, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support and manage office operations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow within the company.<br><br>The ideal candidate has as a passion for investigations and enjoys working closely with a highly motived team looking to achieve excellence. <br><br>This is an in-office position based in Richmond Hill, Ontario. <br><br>DO NOT CONTACT OUR OFFICE - PLEASE APPLY THROUGH JOB BOARD POSTING.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.</li><li>Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.</li><li>Coordinate and execute special projects as assigned by the executive team.</li><li>Assist in HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.</li><li>Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.</li><li>Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.</li><li>Foster a positive and collaborative office culture.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.</li><li>3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or office manager role.</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>High level of integrity and professionalism.</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and development.</li><li>A supportive and inclusive work environment.</li></ul><p></p><p>Powered by JazzHR</p><p>jqKMta8Khx</p></p></p>
