With a strong focus on electric bicycles, this role offers an opportunity to grow your skills while working in a supportive and innovative environment.</p><p>At Scooteretti, our mechanics are trained eBike Experts who possess an in-depth understanding of advanced eBike technologies. We are committed to training and supporting new team members to achieve this expert level.</p><p><strong>Service Department Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Assemble new bikes to showroom standards, perform tune-ups, and repair customer bikes to meet and exceed company safety and quality expectations.</p></li><li><p>Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues on electric bikes.</p></li><li><p>Participate in the packing and shipping of online bike sales.</p></li><li><p>Maintain a spotless, well organized, and efficient workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.</p></li><li><p>Manage and organize the inventory of spare parts, ensuring everything is stocked and accounted for.</p></li><li><p>Update customer records and service tickets in the POS system.</p></li><li><p>Participate in offsite logistics as required.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Customer Service Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Ensure all customer service standards are met, delivering exceptional experiences.</p></li><li><p>Clearly explain bike repair or tune-up needs to customers and recommend appropriate solutions.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with customers to understand their concerns and accurately diagnose issues.</p></li><li><p>Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve them effectively.</p></li><li><p>Assist with phone inquiries and direct customers to the appropriate team member when necessary.</p></li><li><p>Support the sales team by assisting customers on the sales floor when needed.</p></li><li><p>Process sales, returns, and exchanges using the company’s POS and online systems.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><p>Minimum of 1 year of experience in bicycle repair and assembly.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with electric bicycles and/or a willingness to learn eBike systems (e.g., Bosch, Shimano, Yamaha).</p></li><li><p>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; French language is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, managing multiple tasks efficiently.</p></li><li><p>Strong time management and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently while contributing positively to the team environment.</p></li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Above Industry Wages and Compensation:</strong> We reward hard work and expertise.</p></li><li><p><strong>Premium Benefits Package:</strong> Comprehensive health and wellness coverage.</p></li><li><p><strong>State-of-the-Art Workspace:</strong> A clean, organized, and modern workshop designed for efficiency.</p></li><li><p><strong>Training and Development: </strong>Learn from our trained eBike Experts and gain hands-on experience with the latest eBike systems.
