Since our entire car-buying process is online, you&#39;ll be the first Clutch employee our customers meet when they pick up or sell their vehicle. You&#39;ll have the freedom to go above and beyond to make sure every customer has a great, unique experience. Minus the red suit, you&#39;ll pretty much be a real-life Santa Claus on a daily basis!</li><li>A major part of this job is having exceptional customer service skills, where you&#39;ll be the face of the company in addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.</li><li>Need a sharp eye for detail as you inspect vehicles, carefully assessing both cosmetic and mechanical aspects to identify potential issues, ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to our customers.</li><li>You will be accurately and efficiently completing customer paperwork as well as taking thorough notes in our customer tracking system. </li><li>You&#39;ll also be a team player by assisting other team members with various tasks as necessary.</li></ul><p><strong>H</strong><strong>ere&#39;s what you have:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li><strong>License:</strong> Minimum of a <strong>G2 Driver&#39;s License</strong> (valid in Ontario).</li><li><strong>Driving Record:</strong> Clean driver&#39;s abstract with no major infractions.</li><li><strong>Background Check:</strong> Clean criminal background check.</li><li><strong>Work Authorization:</strong> Legally authorized to work in Canada.</li><li><strong>Availability:</strong> Minimum of <strong>40 hours per week</strong>, with overtime as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>It&#39;d be great if you have: </strong></p><ul><li><strong>Valid OMVIC License:</strong> Don&#39;t have one yet?
