<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>Our client is a leader in the healthcare space and one of Canada’s largest community healthcare sector, and is looking to hire a strong, hands-on professional who can hit the ground running, and provide immediate support as a Financial Analyst on a contract for 6 months. The role is hybrid with 3 days in office located in Etobicoke and 2 days work remote from home.</p><br><br><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Assist in month-end and year-end close processes </li></ul><ul><li>Prepare monthly financial statements, including high level review of revenue, labour, and overhead</li><li>Complete monthly balance sheet analysis for all accounts on the Consolidated Balance Sheet along with supporting documentation and explanation of variances as required</li><li>Additional Ad Hoc reporting as required</li><li>Annual preparation of Year End Working Papers</li><li>Look at Budget/Forecast process to track performance for variance analysis (budget v. actuals)</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain accurate and timely financial records</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support the finance team as needed</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>TMGCT</p><br><br><ul><li>3+ years of proven full cycle accounting and financial reporting experience </li><li>Strong accounting skills handling multiple entities</li><li>Proficiency with NetSuite a huge asset</li><li>Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, etc.)</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills</li><li>Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work setting</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Detail oriented and high level of accuracy</li></ul></p></p>
