Metro’s floral department provides a variety of vibrant, fresh cut flower arrangements and seasonal house and garden plants to meet our customers’ needs. If you have an eye for creativity, enjoy working with your hands, and have a love of flowers and plants, our floral department is the place for you!

General Responsibilities :

• Receive direct deliveries, stock, and merchandise products
• Process floral orders for customers, including pre-orders
• Create floral arrangements for display and customer requests
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Support overall store operations, including opening and closing the store

General Qualifications :

• Floral design certification is required
• Prior floral experience and product knowledge are required
• Customer service driven
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• High attention to detail
• Able to stand for prolonged periods and work under minimal supervision
• Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
