They are seeking a driven, adaptable Full-Cycle Accountant who thrives in a hands-on, operational environment and is ready to step into a central role immediately. This position is ideal for someone who wants broad exposure to full-cycle responsibilities, career growth, close partnership with operations, and the opportunity to take ownership as shared services transition out in the coming months.</p><p> </p><p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p><p>Reporting directly to an experienced operational leader, you will handle a diverse portfolio of accounting tasks while supporting day-to-day activity across the business. You’ll be stepping into a high-energy environment where priorities move quickly, collaboration is essential, and “getting the job done” is the culture.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>You will assume responsibility for core shared-services accounting functions, including:</p><p><strong>Accounting Operations</strong></p><ul><li>Full-cycle AP and AR</li><li>Posting and booking cash entries</li><li>Month-end setup and related processes</li><li>Preparing and submitting invoices</li><li>Setting up vendor payments</li><li>GST filing support (no income tax work)</li></ul><p><strong>Tools & Systems</strong></p><ul><li>Business Central</li><li>Open Invoice</li><li>Job Utrack</li><li>Intermediate Excel (V/HLOOKUPs, SUMIF, Pivot Tables)</li><li>Power BI experience is an asset, not a requirement</li></ul><p><strong>Other</strong></p><ul><li>Direct support to Senior leadership</li><li>Broad accounting scope </li></ul><p><strong>What Makes This Role Attractive</strong></p><ul><li>True ownership: As shared services wind down, this role becomes the internal go-to resource for accounting operations.</li><li>Mentorship: Open to candidates pursuing CPA; the hiring leader is committed to coaching and developing the right person.</li><li>Environment: A busy, sales-oriented office with high energy.
