The 12,000 sq. ft. Toronto-area facility houses several million dollars in inventory and supports demand in Eastern Canada, with significant untapped potential.</p><p></p><p>This is a <b>sales-led operational role</b> suited for someone who thrives in unstructured environments, knows the aftermarket landscape, and can build and lead a small but impactful team.</p><p></p><hr /><p></p><b>Key Responsibilities</b><p></p><ul><li><p><b>Oversee day-to-day operations</b> of the Toronto distribution facility, ensuring accuracy, safety, and service excellence.</p></li><li><p><b>Recruit, train, and lead</b> a local team including a <b>parts counter lead</b> and <b>two outside sales representatives</b>.</p></li><li><p><b>Drive growth</b> through direct engagement with <b>fleet and distributor accounts</b>, expanding territory coverage and customer relationships.</p></li><li><p>Manage <b>inventory accuracy and coordination</b> with the U.S. supply network for replenishment and forecasting.</p></li><li><p>Establish operational processes that meet corporate standards while adapting to the Canadian market environment.</p></li><li><p>Serve as the senior in-country representative, ensuring compliance with local requirements and representing the brand’s best interests.</p></li></ul><p></p><hr /><p></p><b>Requirements</b><p></p><ul><li><p><b>7+ years</b> of experience in <b>automotive or heavy-duty aftermarket parts, truck components, or fleet services</b>.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated success in <b>sales leadership, regional management, or distribution operations</b>.</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to <b>hire, train, and lead</b> small, high-performing teams.</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of <b>inventory management systems</b>, warehouse operations, and order fulfillment processes.</p></li><li><p>Strong <b>business development and customer relationship</b> skills with fleet or commercial accounts.</p></li><li><p>Must be <b>hands-on and self-directed</b>; comfortable operating with minimal supervision.</p></li><li><p><b>Bilingual (English/French)</b> strongly preferred; ability to communicate effectively with customers and partners in both languages is a major asset.</p></li><li><p>Ability to travel regionally within Ontario and occasionally to the U.S. headquarters.</p></li><li><p>Legal authorization to work in Canada.</p></li></ul><p></p><hr /><p></p><b>Compensation</b><p></p><ul><li><p>Competitive base salary, CAD <b>$120,000 to $175,000</b>, depending on experience.</p></li><li><p>Annual performance bonus tied to sales and operational milestones.</p></li><li><p>Vehicle allowance, full benefits, and travel coverage.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>Powered by JazzHR</p><p>8Qm63I8bOp</p></p></p>
