Role Description

This full-time role as General Manager for Eggstatic (Kingston) at WAAD Ventures Corporation is on-site and located in Kingston, ON. The General Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, maintaining high standards of food quality, and leading staff performance. The General Manager will work closely with the team to foster a positive work environment and ensure the restaurant meets its financial goals.
