Site Superintendent – ICI Construction
Location: Stouffville, Ontario
Salary Range: $110,000 – $150,000+ per year (based on experience)
Our client, a reputable ICI (Institutional, Commercial, Industrial) general contractor, is looking for a skilled Site Superintendent to manage day-to-day site operations for a new build project in Stouffville. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in fast-paced, detail-driven environments and has a track record of delivering high-quality projects.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily on-site activities to ensure alignment with plans, specifications, and schedules.
Coordinate and manage all trades, resolving site issues quickly to maintain progress.
Enforce health and safety standards in compliance with OHSA regulations.
Conduct site meetings, inspections, and prepare progress reports.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of site supervision experience in ICI construction.
Gold Seal Certification or equivalent considered an asset.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to maintain project timelines and quality standards under tight deadlines.
Compensation
Competitive salary between $110,000 and $150,000+ depending on experience, along with a supportive team environment and the opportunity to work on high-quality builds.
