Industrial Security Site Supervisor

As a Security Supervisor, you will be leading a team of officers, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.

• Hourly wage of $20 + comprehensive benefits

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of security guards at the assigned site.
• Manage staff schedules, ensuring optimal shift coverage at all times.
• Ensure all security equipment (e.g., radios, CCTV, alarms) is operational and properly used
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client on all security-related matters.
• Conduct thorough investigations of incidents and prepare comprehensive reports for internal management and the client.
• Review and approve daily reports and incident logs submitted by guards.
• Ensure all staff adhere to company policies, client site rules, and applicable laws and regulations
• All other required duties

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• 1 - 3 years experience in security supervision or a similar leadership role
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of security operations and emergency response protocols
• Proficiency in writing reports and using security technology (e.g., CCTV systems, incident logging tools)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hold a valid security license
