Our mission is to build cultural relevance, creator momentum and retail credibility by shifting from performance-marketing alone to influencer-led brand-building. We’re seeking an Influencer Scout to discover, engage and secure the “linchpin” influencer(s) who will define our brand voice, drive culture, traffic and retail impact.</p><p>Role Summary:<br />As Influencer Scout, you will be the front-line talent acquisition specialist in our creator ecosystem. You will deeply embed in the fitness/health creator landscape to identify rising stars, functional coaches and <span >YouTube/Instagram/TikTok</span> voices that align with our brand values. You’ll move them through a vetting & trial process, lead relationship outreach, and support selection of our major influencer partner(s).</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Discover and build a pipeline of creator talent (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, niche fitness/functional coaches) aligned with our brand values and ambition for culture-building.</li><li>Recruitment and Sourcing new potential partners. </li><li>Evaluate potential influencers (audience demographics, engagement rate, growth trajectory, content quality, brand-fit).</li><li>Initiate outreach, build rapport and send top creators to Head of Brand Ambassadors. </li><li>Find top converting Macro Influencers - search and find up and coming creators to run ownership challenges.</li><li>Collaborate with the Brand Experience team to design and manage the trial/accelerator model: creator challenge, content-house, etc.</li><li>Maintain an influencer CRM/database: track outreach, conversations, trial results, performance metrics and pipeline status.</li><li>Stay deeply embedded in creator ecosystem: monitor emerging platforms, format shifts, creator business models and competitor approaches.</li><li>Provide reports to leadership: pipeline status, trial conversion, cost per signing, retention metrics, content outcomes.</li><li>Assist in structuring long-term partnership contracts with incentives (equity, phantom equity or exit bonus) to secure alignment.</li><li>Partner with social, content and brand teams to align creator storylines, campaign integrations, and live community events.</li></ul><p>Required Qualifications & Profile:</p><ul><li>Interest in fitness and some experience creator scouting or talent acquisition in a digital/creator-ecosystem environment.</li><li>Proven ability to build relationships within <span >creator/fitness/social</span>-media communities.</li><li>Deep familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok ecosystems; adept with metrics like engagement, watch-time, growth, audience intent.</li><li>Excellent communication and outreach skills for connecting with creators and negotiating early-stage partnerships.</li><li>Highly organized, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.</li><li>Data-driven mindset: able to use growth and engagement metrics to prioritize and optimize.</li><li>Keen eye for brand/voice fit and authenticity rather than just follower count.</li><li>Bonus: passion for fitness, health coaching, functional performance or creator culture in these spaces.<br /> </li></ul><p>What We Offer:</p><ul><li>A front-row seat to building a creator-led growth engine across multiple brands — high visibility, high impact.</li><li>Opportunity to own the early-stage pipeline of influencers and help design the trial-house model.</li><li>$40k Salary + performance-based bonus tied to successful signings and retention.</li><li>Flexible working arrangement; collaborative team of growth-minded marketers, creators and brand-builders.</li><li>Unique career path into creator/brand-experience leadership.</li></ul><p>30-60-90 Day KPIs:<br />Days 1-30:</p><ul><li>Build and submit a pipeline of at least 20 qualified creator prospects.</li><li>Complete detailed profiles for at least 15 of those (audience, engagement, growth, content).</li><li>Initiate outreach contact with 10+ shortlisted creators.</li><li>Implement the influencer CRM/tracking system.</li><li>Produce internal “ideal linchpin profile” briefing and secure leadership sign-off.<br /> </li></ul><p>Days 31-60:</p><ul><li>Advance 5-6 creators into the trial/short-list phase.</li><li>Negotiate preliminary terms for each and present for approval.</li><li>Launch at least 1 creator trial (45-day “ownership challenge”).</li><li>Monitor early metrics: posts created, engagement, referral traffic from creator content.</li><li>Document and present “trial learnings” report to leadership.</li></ul><p>Days 61-90:</p><ul><li>Select the primary “linchpin” influencer partner (target: 1) and finalise contract (including equity/exit incentive).</li><li>Recruit with weekly lists of top influencers to partner with sent to Athelte Manager to onboard. </li><li>Ensure first integrated content pieces launch (e.g., YouTube plug + Instagram story sequence).</li><li>Achieve brand social follower uplift of 5-10% from influencer activity and referral traffic increase.</li><li>Deliver dashboard summarising pipeline conversion: 20 prospects → 6 trials → 1 linchpin; include recommendations for next 90 days.</li></ul><p>How to Apply:<br />Please submit:</p><ul><li>Your résumé/CV</li><li>A short cover letter (1-2 paragraphs) describing your most successful talent-scouting win: who the creator was, how you found them, what you achieved.</li><li>Optionally: A short list of 2-3 creator prospects you believe we should explore (with rationale – audience, content quality, growth potential, fit).</li></ul><p>Powered by JazzHR</p><p>BwiU9vbWY3</p></p></p>Create Your Resume First
