Who We Are Looking ForRheaume Engineering Inc. (Rheaume) is seeking a part-time Instrumentation Specialist to join our team, based in either our Grande Prairie or Calgary office.

Rheaume is an Alberta-based EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction management) firm, founded in 2005, with 40 staff members.
For engineering projects in industry sectors such as energy, mining, pulp & paper, and agriculture, Rheaume provides services in:

- Design oil & gas facility instrumentation and controls systems
- Create and review engineering drawings, including:
- Instrumentation datasheets
- Instrument indexes
- Control narratives
- Shutdown keys
- I/O list, panel drawings, schematics
- Instrument BOMs
- Measurement schematics
- 3D models, plot plans, and P&IDs
- Prepare work packages for field operations and fabrication/construction services
- Prepare datasheets, specifications, and RFPs for equipment to be purchased
- Review vendor drawings and documentation
- Collaborate with and support project managers and other engineers
- Participate in design reviews, model reviews, and HAZOPs with the client and engineering team
- Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic to the workplace

- Adaptable to fluctuating hours and workload, driven by project needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Must be currently residing in Alberta, Canada
- Must have Western Canada EPC conventional oil & gas instrumentation engineering experience
- P. Eng. or P.L.(Eng.) preferred
- Either employee or contractor status may be considered for this role
