Our facility features cutting-edge canning, bottling, and injection molding technology - but it's our people who make us truly exceptional.</p><p>We're looking for team players who care about what they do, take pride in their work, and want to grow with a company that's expanding nationwide and raising the bar for what a great beverage brand can be</p><p>Position Summary:<br><br>As Black Fly continues to grow and expand, we're looking to add another detail-driven and dependable Inventory Handler to our team to help keep our warehouse operations running smoothly This key role is responsible for managing inventory accuracy, receiving and shipping raw materials, and maintaining up-to-date records in coordination with the warehouse and production teams. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>If you're the kind of person who loves structure, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys both teamwork and autonomy, this could be the perfect fit</p><p>What You'll Do:</p><ul><li>Conduct regular cycle counts for raw materials (packaging, cans, trays, lids) and finished goods</li><li>Support inventory tracking for flavors and juices as needed</li><li>Identify and report damaged or non-conforming inventory to the Raw Material or Quality teams</li><li>Accurately label and record inventory according to company standards</li><li>Track and physically count packaging components and other materials</li><li>Assist with monthly inventory reconciliations and reporting</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in line with Black Fly's safety excellence procedures</li><li>Participate in year-end physical inventory for both raw materials and finished goods</li><li>Other duties as assigned from time to time</li></ul><p>What You'll Bring:</p><ul><li>2 to 5 years of inventory management experience preferred</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>A problem-solving mindset and critical thinking abilities</li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others</li><li>Clear verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, spreadsheets)</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Business systems (e.g., Dynamics 365 Business Central) is an asset</li><li>Forklift certification and/or experience preferred (we will train the right candidate)</li><li>Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently, and sit/stand/walk for extended periods of time</li><li>Ability to wear all required PPE to maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)</li></ul><p>What's In It For You:</p><ul><li>Competitive pay with optional overtime</li><li>Profit-sharing bonus</li><li>Work boot, safety glasses, and cell phone allowances</li><li>Paid breaks</li><li>Group Benefits starting day 1</li><li>3 weeks' vacation, 5 paid sick/personal days, and your birthday off</li><li>Free case (24 cans or bottles) of Black Fly beverages every month</li><li>Flexible hours to support work-life balance</li></ul><p>At Black Fly, we are a quickly growing company and are excited to maintain the right staff.
