This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced research environment and are committed to high-quality laboratory practice.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Collect, receive, label, and process biological specimens according to study protocols (e.g., blood, urine, saliva).</p></li><li><p>Perform routine laboratory assays and analyses under supervision (e.g., centrifugation, aliquoting, ELISA setups, basic molecular or biochemical techniques depending on study needs).</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate and timely documentation in laboratory logs, study worksheets, and electronic data capture systems.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all lab equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and functioning according to SOPs.</p></li><li><p>Follow Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), and all institutional and regulatory requirements.</p></li><li><p>Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking reagent usage.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with clinical coordinators, research nurses, and investigators to ensure seamless study operations.</p></li><li><p>Support quality control activities and participate in audits when required.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Laboratory Science, or related field.</p></li><li><p>Previous experience in a clinical or research laboratory setting preferred.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of laboratory safety practices and specimen handling.</p></li><li><p>Excellent organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Ability to follow complex instructions, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and teamwork abilities.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with basic lab equipment and computer systems.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>Powered by JazzHR</p><p>08SeXOEy8n</p></p></p>
