In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee personnel and equipment, coordinate service requests, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time. You’ll supervise drivers, manage schedules, monitor hours of service, provide training and feedback, and handle any disciplinary matters. You’ll also work closely with management to plan resources, maximize fleet utilization, and make strategic decisions to keep operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and has excellent communication skills, with experience in fleet operations, dispatching, and team leadership.
