$27–$30/hr | Straight Day Shift | No Weekends

We’re looking for a Maintenance and Setup Machine Operator – Automated Equipment to join our team in Stayner, ON. You’ll play a key role in setting up, operating, and maintaining high-tech machinery in a modern, fast-paced production facility. Experience in cannabis, filling, packaging, food, processing or costmetic industry is a big plus.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Set up and operate automated equipment, perform changeovers, and monitor performance
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform minor preventative maintenance
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout production
• Support cleaning and sanitation procedures
• Assist with equipment development and stabilization
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What You Bring:

• 3+ years years of experience in a production environment with a mechanical focus
• Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
• Familiarity with GMP, GPP, or GAP regulations (asset)
• Ability to lift 20–30 kg and work in a temperature-controlled environment
• Clear criminal background check
