<p>HCR Permanent Search is currently working with a top manufacturing company in the Richmond Hill area who needs to hire a Maintenance Supervisor. What they are looking for is someone who has been employed as a Maintenance Supervisor is fast paced manufacturing setting. </p><p><br></p><p>This role is 100% on site</p><p><br></p><p><strong>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive Wage</li><li>A valid trades license (Electrician or Millwright) from the Province of Ontario</li><li>Experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Manager while being employed in a fast paced manufacturing setting</li><li>Working knowledge of electrical codes, PLC's, hydraulics and pneumatics</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Ensures that the team always work with a safety first mentality</li><li>Assigns tasks to the maintenance team based on priority of the situation as well as preventative maintenance</li><li>Maintain documentation on equipment as well as the building infrastructure</li><li>Reviews the work performance of employees.
