By offering a complete Structural, Miscellaneous, and Custom Metal Fabrication solution, we strive to make the building process less complicated.</p><p><br /></p><p>MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN</p><p>The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on machinery, vehicles, equipment, and facilities. The nature of the position requires the maintenance technician to strive to have a strong mechanical aptitude, technical skills, and a proactive approach to maintenance.</p><p><br /></p><p>Reporting To: Maintenance Manager</p><p><br /></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Perform routine maintenance on machinery, vehicles, equipment, and facilities (e.g., lubrication, filter changes, belt adjustments, inspections).</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair equipment to restore safe and efficient operation.</li><li>Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and breakdowns.</li><li>Conduct safety inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.</li><li>Work closely with the maintenance team and operations staff to coordinate activities and minimize downtime.</li><li>Communicate daily tasks and priorities with the Maintenance Manager.</li></ul><p></p><p>Skills Required</p><ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or a similar role.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Strong mechanical skills with knowledge of equipment and maintenance practices.</li><li>Ability to diagnose issues and perform effective repairs.</li><li>Basic electrical knowledge preferred.</li><li>Detail-oriented with commitment to quality workmanship</li><li>Capable of working independently and as a part of a team.</li><li>A valid Class 5 drivers license.</li></ul></p></p>
