The ideal candidate is adept at coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, and brand promotion. If you’re interested in advancing your career in the industry in an energetic and creative work environment, we can’t wait to see your application.<b>Compensation:</b><p>$20 - $30 hourly</p><b>Responsibilities:</b><ul><li>Execute digital marketing and advertising strategies across web, social, and paid channels</li><li>Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns, including targeting, creatives, budgets, and performance tracking</li><li>Monitor and report on website, social, and ad analytics, providing actionable insights for improvement</li><li>Manage social media accounts, including posting content, engaging with followers, and responding to inquiries</li><li>Design and produce marketing assets such as social graphics, ad creatives, presentations, and basic branding materials</li></ul><b>Qualifications:</b><ul><li>Experience in real estate digital marketing, including hands-on management of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data, track performance, and recommend improvements</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design tools (such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) to create marketing and ad assets</li><li>Highly tech-savvy, organized, and able to support leadership and the real estate sales team in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><b>About Company</b><br /><p>Briarstone is a multi-family residential builder & project manager committed to raising the standard of modern living.
