As the Marketing & Growth Leader, you'll own portfolio-wide growth across multiple startups, driving both strategy and hands-on execution. You'll report directly to the venture studio leadership and act as a fractional head of growth across early-stage SaaS companies, rolling up your sleeves to run experiments, fix acquisition, and build scalable playbooks.
This role is about velocity, impact, and clarity, not theory. You'll be measured by the numbers and supported by shared growth resources you help direct
What You'll DoStrategic Growth Leadership
- Design and execute growth strategies across a portfolio of early-stage startups
- Prioritize channels, funnels, and tactics that create compounding growth
- Own two core KPIs: average MoM growth across the portfolio and # of channels tested per startup
- Jump into underperforming companies to diagnose issues and relaunch acquisition
Execution & Experimentation
- Run high-velocity experiments across paid, SEO, outbound, and product-led channels
- Build and document playbooks for paid acquisition and SEO foundations
- Launch, test, and scale campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, cold outbound, and emerging platforms
- Monitor performance metrics and iterate based on results, not gut feeling
Team Enablement & Knowledge Sharing
- Train early-stage founders on growth strategy, testing, and conversion best practices
- Manage shared growth resources (freelancers, designers, performance marketers, etc.)
- Capture and share growth insights, benchmarks, and campaign templates studio-wide
