<p><h3>Mental Performance Specialist (paid relocation to Southport, MB)-EN</h3><p>Join to apply for the <b>Mental Performance Specialist (paid relocation to Southport, MB)-EN</b> role at <b>Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services</b>.</p><h3>The Role</h3><p>As a Mental Performance Specialist with Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services, you will deliver the mental performance program to members of the Canadian Armed Forces, including student pilots, instructor pilots, and air traffic control trainees. You will provide individual and group performance coaching to enhance and sustain high levels of performance under considerable stress and adversity, assist with targeted optimization strategies, and develop online learning, social media, and website content. Your work supports the performance, health, and well-being of Canadian Armed Forces members, ensuring they are mentally and physically ready for operations and can maintain balanced lives.</p><h3>Qualifications Needed</h3><ul><li>Master’s degree in Sports Psychology, Kinesiology, Health Studies, or a related field.</li><li>Current Canadian Sports Psychology Association (CSPA) Professional Member.</li><li>Current CPR and Standard First Aid certification.</li><li>Experience planning, organizing, researching, and delivering mental training programs.</li><li>Experience conducting mental training courses, workshops, presentations, and specialized clinics.</li><li>Ability to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of delivered mental performance training.</li><li>Proficiency in developing and presenting reports and findings.</li><li>Strong communication skills.</li><li>Client focus, organizational knowledge, innovation, teamwork, and leadership competencies.</li><li>English essential; bilingual (English & French) an asset.
