Job Description
Senior DBA (Microsoft SQL Server)<br>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead installation, configuration, maintenance, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of SQL Server instances.</li><li>Design and operate HA/DR solutions (Failover Cluster Instances, Availability Groups, Replication).</li><li>Optimize T-SQL, indexes, and execution plans; drive release/change management.</li><li>Mentor Junior/Associate DBAs and enhance runbooks/automation.</li></ul>
<br>Requirements:<ul><li>3+ years as a SQL Server DBA.</li><li>Deep experience with performance tuning and production troubleshooting.</li><li>Hands-on expertise with HA/DR (FCI, AGs, Replication).</li><li>Strong T-SQL and SQL Server internals knowledge.</li><li>SSRS/SSIS administration experience.</li><li>Exposure to cloud (Azure and/or AWS).</li></ul>About NPO USA:<br><p>If you are smart and curious about new things, we are looking for you: this is an exciting opportunity to work, learn and acquire new skills</p>
