Qualifications
- Experience in site supervision, project management, and construction
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control processes
- Skills in scheduling and coordinating with various contractors and subcontractors
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Relevant certifications or training in construction management is a plus
- Experience in residential and commercial remodeling projects
