Job DescriptionCEDA is hiring an Operations Manager for our Arcola, Saskatchewan team. Reporting to the Director of Saskatchewan Operations, this role leads all field operations and projects in the region, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable execution. We’re looking for someone with proven experience in oil & gas, industrial maintenance, or environmental services who can drive results and support strategic growth with our customers. This is a local, Monday–Friday position with overtime and weekend work as required.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee all field operations ensuring safety, operational excellence, and effective cost management
- Lead crews and field leaders for turnaround and maintenance work including client interaction, workforce & equipment management, job planning, field supervision and post-project activity
- Ensure crews have the necessary processes and procedures, competency, resources, and equipment to adequately meet customer needs
- Work with the Director, Operations and sales teams and build alternative pricing and sales strategies that will align with the customer’s, the market’s and CEDA’s objectives
- Develop and maintain positive customer relations by leading through safe work performance and measurable key performance indicators
- Performing administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approvals in various systems and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services
- Ensure equipment meets the necessary regulatory inspection and maintenance requirements required by contract and legislation
- Ensure adherence to all company health, safety, environmental standards, policies and procedures and maintains on-going knowledge of local, provincial and federal guidelines for full compliance
- Other duties as assigned
Role Specifications:
- 5+ years of experience in the industrial services or maintenance sector is required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership position is required
- Business or Technical degree or equivalent experience & proven business acumen and excellent customer service skills
- Class 1 or 3 driver’s license is preferred
Skills:
- Proven leadership that earns trust, brings out the best in people, and ensures teams are aligned and engaged with overall objectives
- Quick to adjust and effective in managing changing priorities and challenging scope needs
- Proactive problem-solver who looks ahead to identify future needs and opportunities
