Due to expanding operations, we are looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative who thrives in face-to-face selling and wants to earn what their effort is worth.<br><br>
If you're confident meeting homeowners, builders, and contractors, understand consultative selling, and enjoy closing deals, this role is for you.<br><br>
What You'll Do:<ul><li>Generate and manage outside sales through leads, referrals, and self-prospecting.</li><li>Meet customers on-site to assess needs, take measurements, and recommend suitable window & door solutions.</li><li>Prepare accurate quotes and follow up to close sales.</li><li>Build long-term relationships with homeowners, builders, and contractors.</li><li>Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.</li><li>Maintain CRM records and sales activity reports.</li><li>Represent the company professionally in the field.</li></ul>

What We're Looking For:<ul><li>Proven outside sales experience (construction, windows & doors, building materials or Automobile Industry preferred).</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.</li><li>Ability to read drawings, measurements, or willingness to learn.</li><li>Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.</li><li>Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.</li><li>Comfortable working independently in the field.</li></ul>
