<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Parts Inventory & Stock Management</strong></p><ul><li><p>Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts and supplies.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate inventory records using internal inventory management systems.</p></li><li><p>Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.</p></li><li><p>Label, store, and shelve parts in an orderly and accessible manner.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Parts Ordering & Procurement</strong></p><ul><li><p>Source and order parts from approved vendors.</p></li><li><p>Monitor stock levels and anticipate replenishment needs.</p></li><li><p>Negotiate pricing when necessary and verify invoices against deliveries.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Customer & Technician Support</strong></p><ul><li><p>Assist walk-in and phone-in customers with parts inquiries.</p></li><li><p>Provide accurate parts information, pricing, and availability.</p></li><li><p>Prepare parts for service technicians and ensure timely delivery to work bays.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Sales & Documentation</strong></p><ul><li><p>Issue invoices, receipts, and process payments for parts sales.</p></li><li><p>Track special orders and provide follow-up communication.</p></li><li><p>Maintain documentation for warranty parts and returns.</p></li></ul><p><strong>General Support</strong></p><ul><li><p>Keep parts area clean, safe, and organized.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with the service and sales teams to optimize workflow.</p></li><li><p>Comply with workplace safety guidelines and company policies.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications & Skills</strong></p><ul><li><p>Previous experience as a <strong>Parts Person, Parts Clerk, or in Automotive Retail</strong> (preferred).</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of <strong>automotive parts and components</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Strong <strong>computer skills</strong> (inventory software, MS Office).</p></li><li><p>Excellent <strong>communication and customer service</strong> skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to <strong>lift up to 50 lbs</strong> and perform physical stock handling.</p></li><li><p>Strong <strong>attention to detail</strong> and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</p></li><li><p>Valid <strong>driver’s license</strong> (required).</p></li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li><p>Competitive wage and benefits package.</p></li><li><p>Supportive and team-oriented work environment.</p></li><li><p>Opportunity for growth within a reputable automotive company.</p></li></ul></p></p>
