<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Paver Operator $1400+ WEEKLY</strong></p><p><br /></p><p>Join Kavin Group, a SAVARD Company- where your skills are valued!</p><p><br /></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Operate asphalt pavers accurately to ensure smooth, even surface application</p></li><li><p>Monitor screed performance, mat depth, and paving quality throughout operations</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with spreader, roller operators, and labourers to maintain efficient workflow</p></li><li><p>Adjust machine settings to suit varying paving conditions and materials</p></li><li><p>Conduct daily pre- and post-operation inspections and basic equipment maintenance</p></li><li><p>Follow project specifications, foreman instructions, and safety guidelines</p></li><li><p>Mentor crew members and support site safety, especially in foreman or supervisory roles</p></li><li><p>Quickly identify and resolve paving or equipment issues to maintain quality</p></li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li><p>Minimum 3 years experience operating asphalt pavers in a paving environment</p></li><li><p>Experience on both residential and industrial paving projects</p></li><li><p><strong>Preferred foreman or supervisory experience, ideally with an operating foreman background</strong></p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of asphalt paving techniques, material properties, and screed control</p></li><li><p>Reliable, punctual, and able to lead or work collaboratively as part of a paving crew</p></li><li><p>Must have a valid driver’s license</p></li><li><p>Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs</p></li></ul><p>Duration:</p><ul><li>Direct Hire</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>How to Apply:</p><ul><li>Apply & Receive offers NOW!
