Our client, a leading supplier in the hydraulic components industry, is seeking a Senior Production Associate to join their team. As a Senior Production Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a willingness to learn, strong organizational skills, and a driven, proactive attitude. We are specifically looking for someone with leadership experience who can be trained and developed into a Supervisory role in the future.

Job Title: Production Associate
Location: Brantford, ON
Pay Range: $22 - $24 per hour (based on experince)
Shift: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
What's the Job?
- Read and follow standard work procedures throughout all processes.
- Demonstrate safe working habits and adhere to all safety requirements.
- Plan, evaluate, set up, and run required equipment such as saws and crimpers.
- Examine materials visually or physically to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment while optimizing space utilization.
What's Needed?
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in hose assembly and manufacturing is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written.
